The Qualified Supplier List (QSL) is a repository of pre-approved external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) intended for both domestic and international projects at the College.
The QSL offers a dependable selection of experts with established credentials, aligning specialists strategically with project needs for effective collaboration.
The Request for Pre-Qualification remains open indefinitely, providing continuous opportunities for interested parties. Posting, evaluations, and SME selections occur regularly in January, May, and September. Each cycle, the posting is available for one month, giving potential participants ample time to submit their applications.
The QSL Agreement began on January 23, 2023, and will expire on February 29, 2028.
