The project provided training, tools and technical support for leaders and planners with knowledge and skills to practice gender planning aligned with national frameworks and data indicators for gender equality and sustainable development.

STEP is a five-year program that aims to empower the Technical, Entrepreneurial, Vocational Education and Training (TEVET) sector and its capacity to satisfy the economic need for professionals through the improvement of equitable and gender-balanced TEVET institutions.

Tanzania aims to improve women's access to formal education in marginalized areas by enhancing the capacity of local FDCs in Kondoa and Morogoro. Through the ESP-05 Education for Employment Program, the initiative provides gender-responsive training, develops market-driven short courses, and fosters community engagement to address social and economic challenges faced by women.

NC's School of Hospitality, Tourism and Sport hosted two customized NC Travel Management programs over a six-month period and delivered a third additional six-week customized training program to select participants.

Initiated by UNESCO, this project focused on building Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions to deliver career guidance and support and encourage young women to become engaged in STEM-related fields.

A national sector scan identified key industry skills, leading to a specialization in Hydropneumatics within industrial mechanics. Collaborating with industry and colleges, a cross-disciplinary career program was developed. Programs were market-driven, student-centered, and integrated gender inclusion, governance, and sustainability. An employer engagement model linked skills gaps to program development.

The project’s aim was to support the development of a gender-inclusive and sustainable craft brewing employment sector in Bhutan and to support SBB in expanding their operations, production capabilities and market competitiveness while advancing inclusive and sustainable practices.

CRU in Thailand sought to strengthen learners’ English language skills and enhance their English pedagogical skills. We developed a customized capacity-building program to be offered online over eight weeks.

The program aimed to equip Brazilian educators teaching kindergarten through grade twelve with the training and resources needed to create inclusive, welcoming, and innovative classroom environments for their students.

Collaborated with the Government of Saint Lucia to support the United Nations Development Programme’s (UNDP) project, Enabling Gender-Responsive Disaster Recovery, Climate and Environmental Resilience (EnGenDER).
